Six times a year, art galleries and shops in downtown Monroe and West Monroe open their doors for the bi-monthly art crawl in Monroe. This community event takes place on the first Thursday of every other month, and the next art crawl is coming up! Bring the whole family out for a night to enjoy an evening of supporting local artists, restaurants, and music. Here’s what you need to know:
The next art crawl in Monroe takes place August 3, 2023, from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m.
The event is free to attend, the hardest part will be finding a parking spot. Luckily, the majority of parking is free in downtown Monroe, so you shouldn't have any problems there!
During the art crawl, art galleries around downtown Monroe and West Monroe open up for all to enjoy.
There are plenty of restaurants nearby, plus local food trucks will be out and about slinging tasty street food for you to refuel in between galleries.
This local brewery has several hand-crafted brews you'll be tempted to try, plus an indoor and outdoor seating area.
Visit the Downtown Gallery Crawl’s website for a full list of galleries, and be sure to follow the Downtown Gallery Crawl on Facebook so you can receive up-to-date news as the art crawl gets closer. If you turn this into a long weekend, how about booking a stay at this winery in Louisiana?
