You never know what the weather will be like in New England. Last year, my family was all prepared for the winter ahead of time. We pulled out all the boots, gloves, and snow pants early and even bought a brand-new snowblower. Well, it seems that Mother Nature had her own ideas of what winter 2022/2023 should look like in Massachusetts. We barely had enough snow to make a single snowball!

While I certainly didn’t miss the slippery driving and hours of shoveling the heavy white stuff, I was sad that I couldn’t go sledding, build snowmen, and watch my neighborhood turn into a beautiful winter wonderland. As it turns out, folks in Massachusetts may be able to enjoy lots of snowy fun in 2023/2024. The Farmers’ Almanac is predicting that this upcoming winter will be a white one.
