It featured smoked turkey, Flathead Cherry Habanero BBQ sauce, smoked bacon, candied habaneros, and local micro greens. And best of all, it was piled onto a baked ciabatta bun from the Wild Flour Bakery next door.

Another adored special was the smoked whole chicken brushed with Joe's Montabama White Sauce. They drizzled it with Flathead Cherry BBQ sauce and pickled onions.

Follow Yer’ Nose BBQ has two locations. You’ll find the first just off Highway 89 South, between Livingston and the Gardiner entrance to Yellowstone National Park. They also have a “smokewagon” truck at the Yellowstone Dino Lube in Gardiner. This is open seasonally, so get there before the snow comes! They also cater events throughout the state.
