After visiting this quiet recreation area in Montana, we recommend checking out a few other outdoor spots. There are plenty of lesser-known state parks located throughout Montana just waiting to be explored. But, before you do so, you’ll want to make sure you have the right gear. It’s smart to wear layers so you’re prepared for any sudden changes in weather. And, of course, always let someone know where you’ll be and when you plan on returning.
