Liberty Science Center is one of New Jersey’s premiere educational experiences – a sprawling Jersey City museum filled with interactive exhibits and shows to teach kids and adults about the building blocks of our world. It’s usually packed with school trips from September through June, and with parents looking for a fun indoor activity to keep kids learning during the summer months. In 2023, though, the museum debuted one of their most exciting exhibits ever. Oceanxperience at Liberty Science Center will take visitors under the sea, with an interactive replica of OceanXplorer, the world’s most advanced ocean research ship.
