As we all know, hidden gems, whether an attraction or a restaurant, can be discovered in just about every corner of the state. If you’re like me, you love finding a hidden gem restaurant that offers both great food and great service. We found one highly-rated small-town restaurant in New Mexico that’s worth checking out. Located in Eunice, Outlaw Grill has it all — excellent food and service as well as a great vibe.
Located in Eunice, a small city with a small-town feel and a population of under 2,000 residents, Outlaw Grill is a hidden gem restaurant that's worth finding.
Whether you're here for a date night or bringing your family, there's something here for everyone. And while the ambiance here is casual and laidback, you may be surprised at the number of elevated dishes that grace the menu.
The burgers here can certainly be described as gourmet. Try The Outlaw topped with crispy bacon and cheddar cheese or, better yet, the Smoking Barrel topped with jalapeño, crispy bacon, cheddar jack cheese, and remoulade sauce. Burgers come with a side of fries or you can upgrade your order with onion rings. Delicious!
There are plenty of fresh seafood options on the menu as well. From shrimp scampi to shark (from Hawaii) to fish and chips, you'll feel like you're on the coast with one of these dishes!
