There are Halloween people and there are Christmas people and while I love both of these end-of-year holidays, I am certainly #TeamChristmas. Each November, my husband decorates our house with hundreds of colorful lights that stay up through the end of January, and the large retro Santa I found at a neighbor’s yard sale (what a treasure!) joins the party through Christmas Day.
I’m also a total Type A who typically has her Christmas shopping done by the end of October… so a holiday craft fair that happens in October in Ohio? Sign me up! Make a list of who’s been naughty and nice, and celebrate Christmas in October at the Hancock County Fairgrounds Oct. 7-8, 2023.
