South Carolina has been home for AnneMarie since 2001. Her favorite part of the state is Lake Jocassee. An App State alumna, it's always the mountains; the lake bonus makes it heavenly. When not writing about the state, she may be spending time with family, relaxing by the pool, or out somewhere enjoying nature.
There’s nothing like a festival for putting you in the spirit of the season, no matter what the current season may be. Since fall is America’s favorite season, it’s probably not all that difficult to get into the fall spirit for most people. Just the sight of the leaves beginning to change colors, the taste of beloved pumpkin-spice-anything, or the first crisp, cool morning might be enough. For everyone else, we’ve got some of the best fall festivals in South Carolina that are sure to be just the nudge you need.
