We’ve got a remote small town in South Carolina where you’ll find a charming cabin that’s such a unique place to stay near Charleston the next time you’re looking for a place to spend one of those nice, long weekends! Just over 20 miles west of Charleston, Hollywood is remotely located but close enough to still be able to enjoy Charleston some during your stay if you’d like to venture out of Hollywood at some point. It’s also only about 27 miles from Edisto Beach.
This little historic cabin on the Toogoodoo River in Hollywood has one bedroom and will sleep five people.
Toogoodoo Bluff sits at an elevated position overlooking the deep Toogoodoo Creek and wide marshes. There are three structures on the property, each with a different background.
The Log Cabin dates back to the early 1800s, located in the mountains of Spartanburg County near the North Carolina border. It was disassembled and reconstructed where it currently stands, with a kitchen, bathroom, and front porch added. There's also a historic farmhouse and a Girl Scout cabin on the property.

Though small, there's plenty of space to relax and unwind, and there's a kitchen and barbecue grill if you'd like to prepare any meals here during your stay.
Play a round or two of golf at The Links at Stono Ferry in Hollywood, ranked the 15th best course in South Carolina by Golfweek Magazine. It's a beautiful course set at the site of a Revolutionary War battle.
