Here in Columbus, people are so nice! We love our city, we love to get to know one another, and we definitely love showing out-of-owners all Columbus has to offer. Nevertheless, there’s a few things that might wipe the smile off even the nicest Columbusite’s face.

1. Mention parking in the Short North.

2. Show ice in the weather forecast.

We have rough winters, but as long as it's just cold and snowing that's fine. Once things get covered in a sheet of ice, though, that's just not cool.
3. Order non-local beer.

4. Say there’s nothing to do downtown.

We're not "just another" anything! We have a unique and fantastic spirit, and we might just be the coolest city in the Midwest.
9. Forget that Columbus is ranked on all sorts of Top 5 lists in the country.

We were ranked the smartest in the world, we're fifth in the country in craft beer, third in fashion, and have one of the best zoos.
