Are you a treasure collector, a bargain hunter, or anything of the sort? Well, we love antiquing as much as you do, so be prepared for a day full of exploring and looking for the right deals. We’re headed to a town full of antique shops of all kinds, in search for only the best of the best. Of course, that town is none other than Parkville, and it’s so close it’s practically part of us. Let’s take a look!
It's home to English Landing Park and Parkville Nature Center, two of our favorite natural areas near KC. That, and these amazing antique stores you'll find all over the place.

Colorful Memories has a crazy collection of all sorts of cabinets, dishes, and other antiques that you'll find yourself trying to bring home to work into your decor.
Closed on Sundays and Mondays, this shop is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. every other day of the week. As the name suggests, most of the stock here is made up of vintage watches, though you'll be pleasantly surprised to see they do carry other things in stock. Maybe you'll find something special today?
The sweetest antique shop in town, Old Town Sweets and Antiques is a great place to grab a vintage style soda, some candy, and take a quick look through everything before heading back to your adventure.
This little market right next door to our favorite has a plentiful collection, despite it's size. You'll find all sorts of furniture and decorations you're sure to sift through for a while.

Last (but certainly not least) we've got Parkville Antique Mall. They're open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and every inch of this building is covered in antiques and vintage items. You'll most likely spend the majority of your time here, so plan ahead!
