If you’re looking for the perfect Italian deli in Colorado, then you’re going to love Mollica’s Italian Market and Deli in Colorado Springs. This spot is kind of hidden because it’s on the busy commercial strip known as Garden of the Gods Road, and if you blink, then you might miss it. That would be a shame because Mollica’s makes incredible sandwiches, Italian dishes, desserts, and more. Plus, the market part of this deli is fantastic.

Before you do, though, you should also check out the Italian market part of this establishment. It offers a really fantastic selection of items that have been imported from Italy.
The Hot Italian Beef Sandwich is a favorite. It's Boar's Head heated Italian roast beef with provolone, roasted bell peppers, and onion on an Italian roll with a side of au jus.
If you like that, then you're also going to love the Hot Pastrami Sandwich. It's Boar's Head pastrami, dijon mustard, and Swiss on an Italian roll with a side of au jus.
The Dominic Sandwich is another excellent choice. This is made with homemade meatballs, provolone, roasted bell peppers, onions, and red sauce on an Italian roll.
Sometimes, Mollica's creates mouthwatering specials, like this take on a Francesinha. It's a Portuguese sandwich with prosciutto di parma, honey-cured ham, thinly sliced New York strip steak, Soresina provolone, and a fried egg, all wrapped in puff pastry. Wow!
And, don't forget to save room for dessert. This perfect tiramisu is only the tip of the iceberg. There are also cannolis, chocolate cake, cheesecake, and so much more.
