This Milwaukee attraction is a historic garden and a true gem hiding within our city. You haven’t fully experienced the beauty of springtime in Milwaukee until you’ve strolled through this enchanting rose garden inside Boerner Botanical Gardens.
Inside Whitnall Park, you'll find Boerner Botanical Gardens - home to Milwaukee's most beautiful rose garden.
There are many pools within the garden, as well as gravel paths to walk through and stone pillars to support climbing roses. The pools are home to many goldfish and koi.
This garden is nationally recognized and has been used as a test site for America Rose Selections since 1958
Though the rose garden is in full bloom mid-June, it's beautiful all throughout spring and summer.
