Unfortunately, it appears that Deja Vieux Food Park is no longer in operation. Fear not, however, as New Orleans is a world-class culinary destination with great restaurants around every corner. One of our favorites is Commander’s Palace, which is also located in the Lower Garden District and has been serving some of the city’s best Haute Creole cuisine since 1893.
You might not know it, but New Orleans is home to the first permanent food truck park in Louisiana, and it’s right in our own backyard. Featuring a rotating mix of some of the best food trucks in the city, this delightful food truck park is perfect for when you’re with a group who can’t decide on what they want to eat. Let’s check it out.
Located in the Lower Garden District, Deja Vieux Food Park is Louisiana’s first permanent food truck park, and you’re going to love it. They just celebrated their one year anniversary, and by the looks of things, they’ll be having many more.
Featuring a rotating mix of local food trucks plus two resident food trucks, you can bet you’ll always find something delicious to eat, no matter what you’re craving. There’s also a full bar, so you can grab an ice cold beverage and sit back and play a few games with your friends.
Speaking of games, Deja Vieux has several games to keep the night entertaining. Jumbo Jenga, darts, corn hole, and giant uno are just a few of the games you can play to pass the time.
Since they're constantly rotating food trucks, you'll want to stay up to date on what's parked when. Click here to see their calendar so you can stay up to date.
