St. Louis is a foodie paradise. There exists an incredible diversity of restaurants, ranging from mom and pop shops to fancy eateries and encompassing everything in between. One stands out, however, for its unique environment in which patrons dine. The food in at this neat restaurant will delight your taste buds, and its flavors will pair perfect with a cold beer.
Located at 7260 Southwest Avenue in Maplewood, this incredible restaurant is also a brewery. When demand for Schlafly beer increased in the late 90s, The Saint Louis Brewery looked to this former supermarket to open an additional brewhouse and a brand new bottling operation. It opened on the 70th anniversary of Prohibition’s repeal, with its brewery encompassing 23,000 square feet of the building.
