One of our favorite falls on the list is Hayden Falls in Dublin. This park features a truly unique natural ecosystem, rare plants and animals, and a 35-foot waterfall along the western shore of the Scioto River. The gorge where the falls are located features a boardwalk and overlook area, making the waterfall easily accessible to visitors.
Perhaps one of the most easily accessible waterfalls in Ohio is Chagrin Falls, located in, well, Chagrin Falls, Ohio. (This charming town is actually named after the falls of the Chagrin River ... not the falls!) Chagrin Falls flows in the heart of the town, which was established in 1845.
Finally, Paine Falls Park in Leroy Township is an underrated Metropark in Ohio with a gorgeous waterfall that’s easily accessible. You can practically drive right up to these falls, which are located less than a quarter of a mile away from the designated parking area. The falls feature multiple tiers that create beautiful cascades. After heavy rainfall, the falls flow strong and powerful, making this waterfall in Ohio a popular springtime destination!
