If you’re a traveler like me, you probably like to learn a lot about an area before you visit. Some travelers might prefer the element of surprise when they explore small towns in Florida. But I like to research before or, at the very least, stop into the visitor’s center to get some brochures and history about where I’m visiting. For anyone who’s been to Amelia Island, you probably already know it has one of the coolest visitor centers in Florida. Housed in a charming refurbished train depot, this welcome center offers a great first stop for anyone to the beach town.
