Here in the Peach State, we love to be outdoors. After all, we’ve got some incredible scenery, so why wouldn’t we want to be out there reveling in it?! There’s no shortage of amazing hikes in Georgia, and there are a number of great long-distance trails currently under construction all over the state. One of the best is the Firefly Trail. What will eventually run from Athens to Union Point, this trail will become a must-visit weekend excursion for Georgians and local travelers. Check it out:
