Have you ever heard of inclusive playgrounds? These playgrounds are popping up all over the country, and they ensure that everyone has access to outdoor fun. They’re designed to be used by kids of all abilities, so children that use wheelchairs or have sensory processing disorders are able to play alongside everyone else. This is such a great innovation, and we’re so lucky to have several inclusive playgrounds in Georgia. A couple of the very best playgrounds in the Peach State just so happen to also be at one of the state’s best parks: Piedmont Park in Atlanta. It’s one of our favorite places for a jog or picnic in Georgia, but it’s also a great spot to just get out of the house. You’ll find both the Naguchi Playscape and the Mayor’s Grove Playground here, and each has their own unique traits that make them among the best playgrounds in Atlanta. Check them out:

What a fun outing that everyone in the family can enjoy! For more information about the playgrounds or other attractions here, check out the Piedmont Park Conservancy website.
