The small town of Driggs is not only one of the most beautiful places in Idaho to visit, but it is also home to some of the best sandwiches in the state. Tucked away in Driggs is Figgie’s Deli and Market, a newer lunch spot in town that is a must-visit. In fact, this delicious place to eat is home to some of the best sandwiches, desserts, and even homemade chips in Teton Valley. It’s one hidden gem that you’ll be forever grateful you discovered.
Figgie’s Deli first opened its doors in 2022 and has quickly become a popular place to grab lunch in Driggs. It is a small shop but you’ll leave with a big smile on your face.
This shop is open Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. It’s the perfect place to grab lunch. Just make sure you come hungry because you will leave with a full stomach.
In fact, the sandwiches are so massive that they are difficult to bite. There are several sandwich options on the menu and no matter which one you choose, you can guarantee it will be packed with meats and veggies.
The menu features several signature sandwiches and you also have the option to create your own. If you choose to build your own sandwich, you will get to choose from several meat, cheese, veggie, and sauce options. There are even specialty meats such as tofu bacon and tuna salad if you want something a little different.
Make sure you pair your house-made sandwich with the homemade potato chips. It’s the perfect pair.
