Coeur d’Alene is one of our favorite family destinations. While the lake is the perfect spot to spend a day, it isn’t the only place in this northern Idaho town that will capture your attention. One of my favorite city parks in Idaho is McEuen Park in Coeur d’Alene and once you visit, it will likely become your favorite too. Here, you find everything you need for a day of fun including the city’s largest playground, a splash pad, trailheads, grassy areas, lake overlooks, and more. Whether you are young or young at heart, there is something for you here.
Welcome to McEuen Park in Coeur d’Alene. This beautiful city park is located at 504 East Front Avenue, right in downtown CDA.
Children will immediately be drawn to the large playground. This is the largest playground in CDA and is designed with features for kids ages 2-5 years old and 5-12 years old.
You can also just sit and have a picnic on the large grassy areas, sit under one of the 80 trees around the park, or even take a walk and enjoy the various art pieces located all around. There is even an off-leash dog park if you wish to bring your favorite furry friend along with you.
McEuen Park in Coeur d’Alene may be the most epic city park in Idaho. It has everything you need for a day of adventure, fun, and family.
